The booking form is at the end of this page, please scroll down to complete the registration. Please note, you can book a place at the ASM dinner on Thursday evening, this will be added to your payment at the end of the process, unless you have a code which includes the meal.

UKIEUS Will be running an Endo Surgical Village on Thursday afternoon for both EUS and Surgical models for trainees, please indicate if you are interested in attending this by selecting it in the Additional Items options and we will share more info nearer the time.
